I have no K01local and S99local files in rc3. If I did have these files would I use the same name for the symbolic link? So If I want to set up a second share I just repeat the variable declarations and the switch statement or what? As I said in my first post I did have file sharing and network discovery enabled on Vista. Is the Linux firewall likely to be a problem in trying to access Vista shares? What is the purpose of rc.
